Equipment Rental Management for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central: Contracts, Availability, Deposits and Return Billing

A Business Central extension that runs the full lifecycle of renting out equipment, from contract to pick-up to return to billing. It prevents double-booking, supports weekly and daily pricing, and offers two payment modes (deposit or full upfront). It automatically calculates late fees and damage charges, then creates the standard sales invoices and credit memos. Revenue analytics by equipment, category and month are included.

Fleet & Vehicle Management Solution for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central: Vehicles, Drivers, Maintenance and Cost Posting to the General Ledger

A Business Central extension that manages a company’s vehicles, drivers, fuel and maintenance in one place. It tracks assignments, fuel cards, documents and preventive-maintenance schedules, and it posts fuel and service costs straight to the general ledger with a dedicated vehicle dimension. Management can see the true cost of each vehicle, and service due dates are flagged before they become overdue.

Ethiopian EIMS E-Invoicing Integration for Business Central: BC Connector, Signing Middleware and Mock Tax Authority

Integrates Dynamics 365 Business Central with Ethiopia’s EIMS e-invoicing system. When a sales invoice is posted, it is queued, mapped to the EIMS schema, digitally signed, and registered with the tax authority. The returned IRN and QR code are written back to the invoice. Built with an AL extension, a Node.js middleware for Azure Functions, and a mock EIMS server for testing.

HRMS for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central: Employee Leave & Asset Management Extension

A Business Central extension written in AL that turns the standard Employee card into a lightweight HR system. It adds organizational structure (departments, positions, hierarchy), employment history, and a leave management module with balances and approvals built on Business Central’s standard approval engine. It also adds an asset management module that tracks company equipment through assignment, return and disposal, with a permanent audit trail. The business rules are centralized in codeunit
